Payment and Delivery Term
Payment term: T/T, L/C, Paypal and cash…
Delivery term: FOB, CIF, CNF and Door to Door…
Warranty and Oversea Commission
Warranty: Usually 1 year warranty, if products broken or doesn’t work caused by quality, we will replace or refund for you.
Oversea Commission: Products need oversea Commission is acceptable, Oversea commission charge will on your account (workers salary, ticket, Visa, hotel… )
Certificate
Products Certificate: Most of products have CCS certificate, some have EC (DNV, GL, BV, ABS), Details pls check with our brochure or sales
Authorization Certificate: We could issue some brands life raft and life boat’s authorization certificate, as well as fire fighting equipment, life saving equipment(breathing apparatus, immersion suit, co2 system…), details pls check with our sales.
Compensation for delayed delivery
We will assure delivery time, but if caused by some unpredictable factors, we will help you deduct your lose to minimum, even compensate money to you.
Distribution
We have some own brand products, also agent some products, we sincerely welcome our valued customers to be our oversea distribution, details pls check “request for distribution” or our GM.
Sourcing agent
Our team have engaged in marine area over 7 years, we are familiar with IMPA book and have good relationship with IMPA supplier, we are also familiar with most of ship equipment, we will provide the most cost-effective products, convenient and efficient service.
